RETURNS POLICY
The item should meet one of the reasons below to eligible for an exchange:
> Incorrect goods received
> Defective goods received
Terms:
- Must notify and return(post) within 7 days from the day of receiving goods.
- Cash refund is not available except if the item is out of stock.
- Must receive confirmation from us before returning goods.
- Goods must be same condition, unwashed, unworn in original packaging with tag attached.
- We reserve the right to reject any returned goods if we conclude it is not eligible to the requirement.
- All discounted and promotional items are not eligible for exchange, refund, return after purchase made.
- We do not guarantee that all the actual product is exactly same with the image shown in this website.
- The actual color of goods may be slightly different with the image due to lighting issue and different resolution of different devices, and this is non-eligible for exchanges.
In-Store Exchanges & Returns
- You will need to communicate with our customer service and receive confirmation of returns/exchanges before visiting our boutiques.
- You will need to bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging to any of our boutiques.
- You will be entitled to an exchange of any item(s) in the boutique immediately after evaluation by our retail associates that it is valid.
- If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to top up the difference in cash.
- There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s).
- No other forms of exchanges (such as boutique cash vouchers or online store credit) will be given at our boutiques.
Exchanges & Returns Online
- You will need to communicate with our customer service and receive confirmation of returns/exchanges before visiting our boutiques.
- You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
- Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
- If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to top up the difference in cash.
- There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s).
- No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
- All returns and exchanges made via our online portal at https://www.nrnconceptstore.com/ would need to be shipped to:
