SHIPPING POLICY

At Neverenuff Fashion Apparel,  shipping costs will be calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the items you are purchasing.  However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas. Orders are shipped within Malaysia and to Singapore only, please contact our customer service if you need shipping service to other countries.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding Malaysia public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 working days upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

The delivery will take around 3-5 working days via KEX Express (West Malaysia) only. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING CHARGES 

What are the shipping charges like?

Shipping is FREE within Malaysia via Standard courier for orders above RM199. For Orders below them, we charge standard rate of RM8 for West Malaysia.

Shipping is FREE within Malaysia via Standard courier for orders above RM599. For Orders below them, we charge based on item quantity of FIRST 3pcs RM18 every Additional 3pcs add RM10 for East Malaysia. (1-3pcs Rm18 / 4-6pcs RM28 / 7-9pcs RM38 etc...)

Shipping is FREE within Malaysia via Standard courier for orders above RM599. For Orders below them, we charge standard rate of RM35 for Singapore.
